Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order amount.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 8-12 business days, so you can expect your order within 9-15 business days. Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in China.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. See Track Your Order.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are not included in our prices. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@coveandclive.co. If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, sale items included. Items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with the original tags.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@coveandclive.co with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within 24 hours with the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. Returns go to our warehouse in China, so return postage from the United States is typically around $40.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Products and sizes
How do I find my size?
Every clothing and shoe page has a size chart with the garment measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Do the colors match the photos?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
