Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order amount.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) after your order is placed. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend are processed from the next business day.
- Delivery time: 8–12 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Total: you can expect your order within 9–15 business days.
Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in China. Every order is shipped with tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. In the United States orders are delivered by UPS; in other countries the last part of the delivery is handled by the national postal service.
Customs and import duties
Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions about this before ordering, please contact us.
Cancelling an order
Orders are processed quickly. If you want to cancel, email us at info@coveandclive.co as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can return it under our Refund Policy.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of being shipped, or the tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
